Small businesses can now utilize Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) to fund coverage for their employees through the Affordable Care Act.  This means that income-eligible employees can still get subsidized premiums that will reduce the cost to any business wanting to help its workers with coverage.  Also a new option for higher paid, white collar workers is an association plan.
