Do you want to help tell Congress to make big business pay its fair share of taxes?

We’re looking for a South Carolina small business owner to join me in Washington April 11-13 to meet with members of Congress.

We’ll be urging them to take action on two issues:

-Tax fairness (ending inversions, offshore and other egregious loopholes that allow multinational corporations to pay little or no federal taxes)

-Corporate transparency – requiring that all corporations to clearly list who are the individual owners and ending anonymous shell corps that allow terrorist and criminal organizations to launder money and be supported by consumers.

You will receiving plenty of information and training on these issues before you have any Congressional meetings.

The Financial Accountability and Corporate Transparency Coalition (http://thefactcoalition.org/) will be our host and take care of expenses.

If you are interested in joining me, please send me an email at fknapp@scsbc.org by this Wednesday.

Thanks,
Frank Knapp
