Ask SC Representatives Rice and Wilson to sign onto
“Coastal and Marine Economies Protection Act”

South Carolina Representatives Tom Rice and Joe Wilson have taken public positions that would lead to the prohibition of offshore exploration and drilling for oil along the South Carolina coast.
They need to be thanked and asked to sign onto a bill to be introduced in the U.S. House tomorrow (March 28th), the “Coastal and Marine Economies Protection Act”.
This bi-partisan legislation would permanently ban offshore drilling along both the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts. South Carolina’s Joe Cunningham is the lead sponsor of the bill.

Thank you for your position on offshore drilling for oil. Please take the next step and support banning offshore drilling in the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts by signing onto the “Coastal and Marine Economies Protection Act”.
