The SC Small Business Chamber of Commerce is very concerned about the issue of public bodies producing goods and services and offering them to the private sector in competition with business. It is absolutely unfair for a taxpayer-supported agency to take market share and jobs away from the very small business entrepreneurs and their employees who are paying those taxes. The Small Business Chamber will continue to take the leadership role in seeking the enactment of legislation that will address this problem.
