Today, The Hill hosted a special virtual event, “Revitalizing America’s Cities” that featured Mayors from across the country discussing what their cities are or will be doing to promote the success of microbusinesses to make their cities more resilient.
The Hill is a Washington, DC-based media company focused on political news.
Below is a list of the mayors participating.

Frank Knapp, president and CEO of the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce, was recognized to ask the only question from the audience.
His question is at the 1:19:53 mark:
What role can cities play in startup loans for small businesses that lenders view as too risky and too small to bother with even if an SBA or city guarantees most of the principal if the loan defaults?
Watch how some of the mayors responded.
