Say NO to seismic airgun blasting in the Atlantic
The Big Oil wants to conduct underwater blasting right off the South Carolina coast. The noise is the loudest in the ocean which the federal government says will kill, harm and harass up to 138,000 marine mammals. There is not even an attempt to project how many fish will be killed, harmed and harassed. The latter guarantees that catches by commercial fishermen will decline dramatically hurting our local coastal economies.
