The Public Service Commission of South Carolina (PSC) has scheduled a virtual public night hearing for Dominion Energy South Carolina’s (DESC) proposed Solar Choice rate (Docket No. 2020-229-E). Consumers will be able to express their comments at this virtual public night hearing.
The virtual public hearing will be held on March 23, 2021 from 9 AM – 1 PM and 4 PM – 7 PM.
How to Testify
To testify or express comments to PSC commissioners at the virtual public hearing, consumers must submit information to the PSC before Monday, March 22, 2021 by 4:45 PM. Consumers will need to provide the PCS with their:
- name,
- telephone number for the PSC to call during the hearing to receive testimony, and
- physical address.

Who Should Testify
- Dominion customers who now have residential or commercial rooftop solar panels and participate in the net metering program.
- Dominion customers who are interested in purchasing solar panels for their house or commercial building.
