If the 2016 election was a referendum on the economy, you’d think lawmakers would put job creation at the heart of their plans to overhaul the tax code. They’re not.
They are proposing an epic giveaway to large corporations, rather than focusing on our nation’s actual job creators—small businesses. Adding insult to injury, their plan blows a $1.5 trillion hole in the deficit and is financed on the backs of small entrepreneurs.
A coalition of small businesses has come together to form Businesses for Responsible Tax Reform to give Main Street small business owners a voice during this debate.
Sign our letter demanding that Congress go back to the drawing board and develop a tax plan that empowers small business to create jobs and grow our economy!
