Free webinar: Do you qualify for subsidized private health insurance?

February 3, 2023

Over 383,000 South Carolinians have affordable health insurance

thanks to premium assistance from the federal government

Do you qualify?

Ever-rising health insurance premiums have resulted in most small businesses not offering group health insurance.  It is simply unaffordable.

Many small business owners have turned to the federal Health Insurance Marketplace for quality, individual health insurance plans at lower rates thanks to premium subsidies based on family income.

These health plans are from Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Molina, First Choice Next and Cigna.

Small business owners have also enabled their employees to learn about this program.  Most are getting a great plan for $10 or less a month.  If the employee makes less than 150% of the poverty level, a health plan has no premium.  There is no cost to the employer if workers take advantage of this program.

Learn about this health insurance program on our February 22nd webinar at 3PM.

While the open enrollment window closed on January 15th, there are still 17 ways to qualify for premium assistance right now.
