Frank Knapp Jr. is a co-chair of Businesses for Responsible Tax Reform and the CEO of the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Knapp co-founded the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce in 2000 and serves as the president and CEO of the 5,000+ member statewide advocacy organization that has taken a leadership role in making South Carolina more small business friendly in areas such as taxation, regulation, worker training, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, utility costs, health insurance, energy/conservation and economic development.
Businesses for Responsible Tax Reform is a coalition of small business leaders that has come together to give Main Street small business owners a voice on taxes and to help entrepreneurs learn what the new law means for them.
